ARIKATA Martial Arts is located in Rochester, New York and has been open for fourteen years. We teach OIKKA Isshinryu Karate to children and adults in a healthy and safe environment. Our curriculum covers the teaching of Basics, Katas (forms), Self-Defense with applications that help build self-confidence, respect and self-esteem. The developmental assets and life skills our students learn help them in their daily life to be successful and respectful. We also help our students develop conflict resolution and leadership skills.
