My brother , my father and I have all been taking karate for at least 5 years. We have all loved it here. The Senseis are great. My dad is also a Sensei and I help teach. I have had lots of fun and have learned a lot. I have made many friends. I encourage my friends to come here if they want to try Karate. Brittany C.

The instruction at Arikata Martial Arts is fun and exciting. The school provides a varied program and my kids are never bored. They mix discipline, aerobic activity and kata skills to keep the kids interested in coming. My kids have been enrolled for 1 ½ years and it has helped with following directions at home and should and also has improved their strength and agility. My 2 children are students at Arikata Martial Arts. I am also a student. I enjoy Karate and find it helpful in many aspects of daily living. My children are learning to be more focused in their activities. Especially my daughter who was in a bicycle accident 2 years ago. Karate has given her confidence in her physical abilities. This school does a wonderful job of tailoring the classes to the level of the children. They do a great job of balancing the aggressive part of Karate with the fun part of Karate. My sons Karate classes help him to focus on goals and develop self confidence. Greg
